Departure at Terminal 4

Hiya

regretfully this will be my final post for the next 5 weeks or so because thankfully the day has come when we depart from England for an exciting adventure to INDIA. I <3 INDIA. sooo yh, this is really a post to say goodbye which is kinda sad, but not really because i'm coming back :) Mary is also leaving for Taiwan today, but her title would be Departure at Terminal 3. I've also realised that i haven't really done an official end of year 9/ welcome to the holidays, what am i going to be doing/ year 10 on its way post - so this will have to be it

Hello World, Rachel here from Space Shuttle 0-7-9 Buh Buh Buh. What Fun.  Anyway just a quick message to say that I'm off to India. So farewell because you won't see me for 6 entire weeks and although I'm syre you will all miss me very much. Um. Try not to be to sad because i wouldn't like to think that my absence is preventing your happiness even though it probably isn't. Anyway farewell I shall miss you and.. and don't have too much fun without me xxx

Ok this picture has lots of issues:

a) where's the poor planes tail!?!?!

b)Something is wrong with the people, they're either blind and deaf OR they're stupid enough to think that plane is a CLOUD

But then i come to conclusion c) is been photoshoped (? is that how you would spell it)

still it's a pretty cool plane.

I feel sorry for this plane :(

Scrapbooking at Latchmere

Yesterday, I went round to my friends house to complete a HUGE PROJECT. You might have guessed from the title, but ill tell you, we were SCRAPBOOKING. After i think around 6 hours of constant writing, or glueing, or sticking or snipping and defacing photos we finished them!!! and im very pleased with the finished product :D.  I then went home and spent another 3 hours further decorating and embellishing it. yhhh.

However, it was officially completed at around 00:20 on Monday morning te he :) Here are some pics of my fave pages.

 Inside Cover, lots of Souvenirs. You may have noticed the 101 things... yh i used my list of 101 amazing things in my scrapbook because i didn't know what to write otherwise seeing as my friend was using her 10? page diary entries.

Almost the end of year 9.... :(

Hiya, i haven't posted in ages, i just havent been in the mood, what with Mini Enterprise in our school. Hmmm
So, just one more week left, :(
Actually, i don't mind going into year 10, i think it'll be a fun time, especially as i get to do all my FAVE subjects and not the boring ones (no offence to the other subjects). yh... to be honest, i think the end of Year 9 was a little disappointing, compared to Year 7 and Year 8. There was more stress than fun, because of Musicals, homework and musicals. Anywhoo, i do think that Mini Enterprise was a highlight, it was sooooo fun, well counting money. unfortunately, we had a finanacial hitch due to the finance office, who i am no longer fond of, actually its two of the staff in their - TEACHERS/STAFF are SOOOO STUBBORN SOMETIMES! soz to any adults reading this, but it's kinda true, most can't admit to being wrong to children (theirs loads of examples in our school). The finanace office, eurgh. NM
So, last week coming up, we have.....

• Last - FRENCH lesson of my LIFE. WOH creepy :S
• Last - DT, PE, English and Science Lesson of YEAR 9 - KS3!!!!!
• 9B Picnic - hopefully
• Sports Day
• BELGIUMmmmmmmmmm - although its gonna be hot and humid :S
• LAST DAY OF YEAR 9
• ANNOUNCEMENT OF MINI ENTERPRISE
• HALF DAY at 11.45 :O

Then fun time in Strawberry Hill..... Scrapbooking!!!!! for Croatia, which is gonna be FUN.

Then i have to do Asdan before INDIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Excited!

I wasn't afraid, JUST Shaking, REALLY SHAKING.
I should probably explain what on earth I'm talking about. The Vocal Concert.
Today, was our school's Vocal Concert and I am very proud in saying that i attended, otherwise, I can't really be bothered to go to concerts. Actually, today's was a special concert for me, because for the first time EVER i sang a duet in front of people, with the lovely Nay or Nomi. We sang Taylor Swift, Mary's Song



WOW, that's is sooo cool, i can get Youtube on this. Sorry, this is new to me :D EXCITING.

I luv this music video, its sooo cute. Its another Taylor Swift song.
Oh you might wanna watch this, It is a Video asking for a petition to make a music video for the song I sang at the concert, so yh they want to make a Music Video with Taylor Swift in it.

Ok, back to the post... There were loads of other soloists and duets, but my Fave's

• I whistle a Happy Tune - from the King and I - can't rememeber who sang it, but she was good, she even WHISTLED WOH!!!
• Brush Up your Shakespear from Kiss me Kate- By Lechar and Em, they were amazing and i luvd the little dance swap!
• Remember - Nomi and Chantel, OMG you have to hear this, its amazing, I'm wanna record and put it on my ipod
• The Notebook - Sasha and Georgia - this was amazing toooooooo! :D
• Now that I've seen her from Miss Saigon - so emotional :) te he

There were loads more, but these are the ones i enjoyed the MOST.

Overall it was a lovely evening, and I'm glad i took part. although my knees were SHAKING, i had to cover it by tapping foot now and then :) ha ha It was really funny to look at the Concerts Programme, there were all of these really posh musician names, and then you see 'Taylor Swift' it was SO FUNNY! I'm so happy i was part of bringing her to the Tiffin Vocal Concert :D then i was really pleased when my mumma and papa bought me Apple Juice. It's the little things in life that make one happy :D
